A dose of nature!

Being outdoors and feeling connected to nature can bring lots of health benefits for both our physical and mental wellbeing. 

Fresh air, the space to think and enjoy positive thoughts, exercise and the companionship offered by a group activity are just some of the benefits that people describe.

In this, our Coventry and Warwickshire Year of Wellbeing, Warwickshire County Council and partners want to take a moment to remind you of the beauty of our environment and suggest some ways to engage with the great outdoors on your doorstep – and have produced a booklet called ‘A dose of nature: Outdoor wellbeing in Warwickshire’: A dose of nature booklet

So why not dip in and try some of the activities in the booklet? Make 2019 your year to feel good and function well in our great outdoors spaces.
