Support the See, Hear, Act strategy ~ and ask people for their feedback

The See Hear Act Strategy was launched by Warwickshire County Council with partners in 2017 and since then we have received 265 responses regarding Social Care Commissioned services in Warwickshire which are very positive.

The strategy’s key message is a high quality service for our customers is everyone’s business.

The Quality Framework helps identify the things we do well. It enables high quality practice to be celebrated, shared and built upon.

It can also highlight areas for improvement so that prompt and effective action is taken. These responses have all been considered by the Quality Assurance and Improvement Team and acted on to celebrate excellent services and to support improvements where appropriate.

We would welcome your assistance in continuing to support the See Hear Act Strategy by encouraging your visitors, staff and customers to use the feedback forms or web based feedback platforms to advise us of their experiences of Social Care Commissioned Services within Warwickshire.

Materials include posters and forms for your service to use by displaying in your entrance or foyer areas. If you need more materials, these are available at your local library or you can request these from seehearactlearningpartnership@warwickshire.gov.uk.
