Remind your customers to look out for social care survey
This is a national survey commissioned by the Department of Health and carried out by every council in the UK who provides social care services.
The survey will ask questions about customers’ experiences with WCC social care services so we can use that information to improve the support we offer, and also find out what we do well.
The information given is used in two ways:
- The information is collected nationally and sent to the Department of Health, so they can measure the impact of services across the UK and plan strategies and policies that meet people’s needs.
- Locally Warwickshire County Council compares what people tell us through the survey with other customer feedback and uses that to ensure our services are delivering the right support to people and we are commissioning services that meet the needs of people in Warwickshire. We can also use it to change the things that may not be working well or need to improve.
In a few months we will publish the results along with any actions we will take in response to the survey results.
